The website has been provided to raise awareness and allow the access to information contained in it, as well as to permit the purchase of any of the items on display.

If you prefer to make your purchase by phone, simply call us on 965 715 782 in SISI shoes, street Azorin 5c, 03181 Torrevieja (Alicante).

The purchase of certain items may be subject to some conditions. There are articles, because of different circumstances we do not have in stock and therefore will be served only on request. Due to that the delivery time could be increased. These items are clearly marked.

The maximum order is of 3 pairs. For superior orders contact us by sending an email to: contacto@sisishoes.es or call in our shop on 965 715 782.

Orders in PO boxes will not be delivered.


RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Through the website WWW.SISISHOES.ES anyone can have free access to the information provided.

The conditions of access to the portal are subordinated to the legal current dispositions in every moment and to the principles of good faith and licit, diligent, honest and correct use by the user, expressly and specifically prohibited any kind of performance that could go in detriment or prejudice of the portal or third parties.

The user should abstain from obtaining, except for personal use, all the information (that means any message, sound files, photographs, drawings, software and generally any kind or type of computer file, graphic, etc.), that is a property of the portal.

Equally the user acquires the commitment not to introduce, to spread " computer viruses " that could produce not authorized alterations of the contents or in the integral systems of the portal. The acquired commitment is ruled on the use of contents in accordance with the arranged in the law, morality and public order, not copy, reproduce, distribute, transfer, alter or modify the contents without prior written consent of SISI SHOES.


EXPENSES OF MAILING

The expenses of mailing for Peninsula Iberica and Balearics are of 9.50Eur for every pair. For Canaries,Ceuta and Melilla are of 31.50EUr. The expenses are fixed, occasionally they can be promoted. See conditions of return.




DELIVERY TIMES and RETURNS

SISI SHOES will not guarantee the delivery time of the mailing, since they depends of great extent by the rapidity of the user and the transporter. Normally the delivery time is between 1 and 6 weeks (out of Spain). With special orders it could be longer. In this case the client will be informed punctually about the new delivery time.

It is necessary to notify possible errors or damages within 48 hours of receiving the ordered item. The products should not have been used.

If for certain reasons beyond our control, the ordered article can’t be served on time or not served at all, SISI SHOES will refund the money.

In case that the expenses of mailing were promoted, the quantity will be deducted from the amount returned (meaning expenses per pair not for package.

To be returned an item, it must be in perfect conditions in its original packaging. Once we have received it back in our store with prior verification of its status, the amount of the purchase made will be refund as mentioned before.

The deadline to return an item shall be seven (7) days after its reception. The procedure is as follows, without which the refundable article will not be accepted.

You should send an email to contacto@sisishoes.es including the following information:

• Name and email address with which the purchase was made.
• Fecha del pedido.
• Date of order.
• Products purchased.
• Reason for Return.
• Bank account (CCC) where the refund is requested to be return.

In case of refund, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Remember that we will reject any package that does not follow this procedure.


WAYS OF PAYMENT

The ways of payment available on our website are by credit or debit card, paypal, bank transfer (requested via e-mail on contacto@sisishoes.es, where we will inform you how to proceed).


DATA PROTECTION

The web WWW.SISISHOES.ES will lodge all the personal data of its users in an automated file which purpose is the management, control, prevention and maintenance of the given service. The above mentioned file, stands by all the requirements and guarantees after the Data Protection legislation.
